Join the eco-support activities
We encourage cities, municipalities and other public administration organisations to launch eco-support activities in their workplaces and join the network. The eco-support model can be tailored to the specific needs of your organisation, allowing its practices to be harnessed to support various programmes for environmental responsibility in your workplace. Eco-support also provides materials and tips on smarter environmental actions and offers a network of people for holding discussions on the themes of sustainability. Coordination of eco-support activities
The national network of eco-support activity is coordinated by the City of Helsinki Environmental Services. The activities have already spread from Helsinki to a number of other cities and organisations with their own dedicated coordinators. They motivate and support the work of eco-supporters in various ways. The cities’ and municipalities’ eco-support coordinators are in continuous cooperation, ensuring that the network activities help share and distribute good practices across Finland.
