Eco-supporters build networks within cities, municipalities and other public administration organisations to share environmentally smart practices.
Support from the eco-support network
Together, the eco-supporters build networks within cities, municipalities and joint municipal authorities in Finland. The actors involved in the eco-support network commit to coordinating the eco-support activities of their own organisation. Each organisation has a dedicated eco-support activity coordinator, who will act as a contact person for the eco-supporters and provide them with advice, training and support for the activities. All eco-support activity coordinators across Finland maintain regular contact with each other to share good practices and experiences between the work communities. By joining the eco-support activities, you will become part of this network for sharing environmentally smart practices between different organisations.
The national network is coordinated by the City of Helsinki Environmental Services.
